Works for Me Wednesday - backwards edition

Today is Backwards Day at Works-For-Me Wednesday. Instead of sharing a tip that has worked for me, it's time to ask for advice! I couldn't think of any problem to ask about that was simple or straight-forward. :)

Then, I got an idea. I've been thinking of renaming my blog for ages but haven't come up with a catchy title. It seems that all the good ones are taken! So, here's my question, can anyone think of a better blog title? One I thought of yesterday was "Dodging Raindrops" since I live in a very rainy place. I'd love any and all ideas. If you think I *shouldn't* change it, tell me that too. I just think my blog name is too long.

Hmmm...tough one. I like your blog name, but I see what you mean about it being too long. Dodging Raindrops is cool. Maybe combine them somehow? Like "Mom Dodging Raindrops"? I had the same problem when I named my blog, felt all the good ones were taken. That's why I went to another language. Maybe looking up words in other languages could inspire you. Or bring some Canadian slang in your title? Something to personalize it? How about Raindrops in my Teacup, eh? Good luck deciding!

Dodging Raindrops is fine! Or you can use something with umbrella, The Canadian Umbrella. I dunno, Under the Umbrella...Canadian Rain...??

Dodging Raindrops could be fun. Or what about Falling on My Head as in "Raindrops keep falling on my head ...." Or you could use what my parents used to suggest to us when navigating through the rain: Run Between the Drops so you don't get wet.

I like the idea of using some sort of Canadian slang term, too. I'd make some suggestion for that, but the only I know is "Eh?"

How 'bout "The Canuck Nook"?

That is hard. I think that it's a good idea to stick with something that says who you are and what you write about. This title does that, but I agree it's long and not super catchy.

Maybe you could use Dodging Raindrops (I've been there in the NW, LOL), but then use a tagline under it "while holding little hands" or something like that.

The Seattle girl in me wants you to go with Dodging raindrops! great title, one, shows crazed life (the dodging part) and while it doesn't rain here as much as most people think, it is what we're famous for so GO FOR IT!

and you thought you weren't creative!
